Went on a family hike on Catalina Island in mid August and my bottom lip was one big blister. So painful but I’ve always been reluctant to put some block on my lips not wanting to ingest anything toxic. That’s what led me to this product. I searched for food grade lip balm and this came up as highly rated. It arrived with a handwritten note which I must confess, has never happened to me before. Very nice gesture. I recently got to test it out on a four hour hike and my lips are happy. I love the mint pack.

We used these gorgeous lip balms for my daughter Avery’s wedding in Santa Fe and they were an absolute lifesaver! Santa Fe sun at that altitude is no joke, and these natural SPF30 balms kept everyone’s lips protected and soft through a whole weekend of desert celebrating. The flavors were so much fun too — such a sweet little detail for guests to discover. Beautifully made, thoughtfully created, and genuinely effective. I love these spf lip balms—especially the peppermint! They check off what I’ve been looking for in an SPF lip balm (High SPF, Mineral, no white cast, antioxidant-rich, vegan, natural).

I’ve been looking for lip balms that meet that “criteria” for so long & this is it! There is a teensy bit of a white cast at times, but I believe “less is more” when applying.

My only complaints: It can melt very easily & has a bit of an after taste.

Oh & the seller is very sweet and accommodating too!

Overall, I find it to be very worth it!

This does not have the nasty sunscreen taste that most SPF lip balms have. Makes my lips feel soft. Love the subtle tangerine scent.

I love the chapstick that BRC makes! It applies easily and leaves my lips smooth and chap free for half the day before I reapply. Just be sure to take it out of your pockets before you throw your clothes in the wash (as with all chapsticks).
