FAQs & Useful Information

We do our very best to ship orders out the same or next day (Monday-Friday).  Sometimes, if you order something we do not have in stock (or a custom item) and we need to make said product, your order will go out the second day after you place your order.  95% of our orders ship out the same or next business day.

During the Holiday season, we sometimes get inundated with orders and may need an extra day to fulfill and ship orders.  Just know that we are doing our very best to get your order into your hands as quickly as possible.   

We send all orders (domestic and international) via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.  You will receive a tracking number via email or text message as soon as your order is shipped.  If you need your order shipped via UPS, please call/text us.  We can accommodate. 

We use only eco-friendly recyclable shipping materials!  We use fiber-filled padded Kraft envelopes, cardboard boxes, cellulose fiber wadding and recyclable paper shred as stuffing to keep things from breaking in transit.  We do use plastic tape to seal the outside of the box, but I am sourcing non-plastic packing tape options and we will switch to that once our current supply of tape has been depleted.

We do our very best to use recyclable and reusable containers whenever possible.  Here is a list of the containers and closures we use and if they are recyclable or not.

• All glass jars & metal lids - 100% recyclable (after you remove the labels)
• Plastic deodorant-type tubes - 100% recyclable (after you remove the labels)
• Cardboard/paperboard deodorant-type tubes  - 100% recyclable (after you remove the labels)
• Plastic lip balm-type tubes - 100% recyclable (after you remove the labels)
• Metal/aluminum tins & lids - 100% recyclable (after you remove the labels)
• Glass bottles - 100% recyclable (after you remove the labels)
• Dropper tops for glass bottles - glass portion is recyclable, bulb cap is not recyclable
• Plastic body butter tubs and lids - 100% recyclable (after you remove the labels)
• Aluminum bottles - 100% recyclable (after you remove the labels)
• Plastic spray tops & pump tops - 100% recyclable (after you remove the labels)
• Glass roller ball vials & bamboo caps - 100% recyclable (after you remove the labels)
• Aluminum pouches - not recyclable 
• Cardboard/paperboard shaker tubes - 100% recyclable (after you remove the labels)
• Glass nail polish bottles & brush caps - glass bottle is recyclable, brush cap is not recyclable
• Eyelash tubes & applicator brush - plastic tube is recyclable, applicator brush is not recyclable
• Aromatherapy inhaler tubes - 100% recyclable (after you remove the labels)
• Plastic treatment pump top (on serum bottles) - 100% recyclable (after you remove the labels)
• Cardstock soap wraps - 100% recyclable
• Cellophane shampoo & conditioner bar bags - 100% biodegradable & compostable (after you remove the labels)
• Cellophane shower melt & foot fizzie bags - 100% biodegradable & compostable (after you remove the labels)
