Unfortunately, because our products are personal care products, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you receive a defective item, please email me, Robin Goddard, owner of By Robin Creations Skin Care, at robin@byrobincreations.com, and I will make it right.

I, Robin Goddard, personally pack and mail all orders myself.  I do my very best to make and send the very best products your hard-earned money can buy.  I want all customers to be thrilled with their purchases from my store.  If you are not happy with our products, please contact me directly and let's talk.  I am a good, honest person.  :-)
