How to Use: Apply a generous amount of foot lotion bar, cream, or healing salve to hands and feet. Slip on the socks and gloves and wear for a 10–30 minute intensive healing treatment. Not intended for overnight wear — skin needs to breathe at night. After use, rinse with warm water or machine wash with your clothes and let air dry.
