DIRECTIONS: To moisturize feet using silicone socks, first, apply a generous amount of our high-quality foot cream or preferred cream.  Then, slip on the socks and wear them for 10-30 minutes of intensive healing treatment.  These are not meant to be worn while sleeping, as your feet need to breathe at night. The socks help lock in moisture, enhancing the absorption of the moisturizer and keeping your feet hydrated and helping them heal from cracked skin. After use, rinse the socks with warm water (or throw them in your washing machine with your clothes) and let them dry.
