These healing socks combine soft terry cloth on the outside with silicone gel on the inside to trap moisture and dramatically enhance the absorption of foot creams and healing balms. Non-skid pads on the bottom keep you safe while you treat. Stretches to fit most foot sizes. Fully machine washable.

How to Use: Apply a generous amount of foot cream or healing balm (try our Heel Hero Foot Healing Solid Lotion Bar). Slip on the socks and wear for 10–30 minutes. Not intended for overnight wear — feet need to breathe at night. After use, rinse with warm water or machine wash and air dry.
