This definitely takes more effort than any growth serum you'll find at a supermarket but the results are well worth it! My nails used to have ridges and I just realized that they're gone! My nails look so healthy and while it seemed like they were growing a little slow at first, now they're growing so quickly I can hardly keep up!

I love this light weight daily SPF! It does not leave a white cast, and it smells heavenly. (I like the lavender version.) Applying it is a moment of luxury every day. The 2 oz container lasts me more than a month.
