Order Processing Time: We know you're excited to receive your order! That’s why we work hard to get it out the door as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and major holidays).

Wrong Address Disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Because we process and ship orders rapidly (often within a few hours), there is a very small window to change a shipping address. Lost or Damaged Packages By Robin Creations is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered to your address, but you have not received it, or if it arrived damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
